We are pleased to present, for the first time in Europe, the remarkable work of Australian artist Violet Bond, who arrives in France in the flesh during NFT Paris 2024.
Violet Bond is an environmental artist living in the remote north of Australia. A sculptor, ceramist, and photographer, she draws inspiration from the cycles of the natural world and the wild Australian landscapes.
Violet lives with a deep connection to nature, inspired by its seasons, its capacity for rebirth, and its natural relationship with death.

Throughout my life, I have cherished bones. The appearance of a fish spine after it's been cooked in a fire, the lightweight feel of bird bones discovered on the beach, the multitude of winding delicate ribs in a snake, or the sheer size of a crocodile's jaw—all revealing a hidden world beneath the surface.
These sculptures represent, eventually, all that we will leave behind.
