Gauvain Manhattan is a French artist trained at the EESI in Angoulême, specializing in painting, drawing and embroidery. His stitch-by-stitch canvas practice reinvents a traditional art form, transforming it into genuine handmade pixel art — an unexpected bridge between craftsmanship and gaming culture.
By paying tribute to the world's most iconic video games, he creates timeless works that appeal equally to contemporary art collectors and gaming enthusiasts. His canvases are gaining growing success on social media, with demand continuing to rise.
At Achetez de l'Art, we dedicated an exhibition to him in 2020 on the occasion of the release of his graphic novel Peste. We are thrilled to exclusively offer his original works.
