The poetic oneirism of Jérémie Gasparutto

Revealed during our collective exhibition dedicated to the 13 years of Label 619 (2021), Jérémie Gasparutto is back today with a personal exhibition: a selection of original boards from his new one-shot Le Chemin Derrière la Maison, published at Label 619 in January 2026.

With this deeply intimate book, the artist proposes an unconventional comic strip, at the border of narrative and visual poetry. His line, both delicate and powerful, accompanies an inner journey where reality cracks: behind a path appear a forest, a beach, mineral and organic depths... A teeming world in which dreams and hallucinations merge, and where the imaginary gently takes over.

Carried by a black and white of great rigor, his boards are distinguished by a remarkable mastery of atmospheres and rhythm. Contrasts sculpt space, install silence, then anxiety. The precise and instinctive line creates vibrant textures: each page becomes a place of contemplation, inviting to let oneself be crossed by the thoughts and emotions of the author.

Each original board can be picked up in our Parisian gallery, without shipping fees. If you wish to receive it, it will be carefully packaged and protected for shipment in an ultra-resistant package.

Shipments in France and Europe are handled by Chronopost or Colissimo, for fast and secure delivery the day after shipment before 1:00 pm. In Paris, delivery by courier is also possible on request.
