We are pleased to present the comic strip Soli Deo Gloria, fruit of a collaboration between Édouard Cour and Jean-Christophe Deveney.
In Soli Deo Gloria, published by Dupuis in October 2025, Édouard Cour sublimates the scenario of Jean-Christophe Deveney with original boards that are distinguished by a nervous and elegant line, always precise and energetic. The work of contrasts reinforces the dramatic tension and sets up a dense atmosphere, where the uniformity of the black ink is broken by the colorful flashes of the musical notes. The composition of the boards, balanced and dynamic, plays on the framing and rhythms to give each board a strong and immediate presence.
