Vincenzo Balzano

Vincenzo Balzano is the author of Bunkerville (January 2024), ADLIVUN (February 2022) and Clinton Road (January 2020), three fantastic graphic novels published by Ankama. Vincenzo Balzano is a great author, offering us works that are deeply felt and subtle, full of soul.

In October 2026, Vincenzo Balzano returns with a highly anticipated new album: Le Démon de la Colline aux Loups, to be published by Dupuis (Aire Libre collection). Vincenzo Balzano provides the artwork and watercolor coloring, on a script co-written by Gaët's and Dimitri Rouchon-Borie, who adapts his own award-winning novel here (Prix des Inrockuptibles, Prix Première de la RTBF). The album follows Duke, a prisoner nearing death, who delves back into the memories of his broken childhood in an attempt to exorcise the demon born on the hill of wolves. A raw and poignant story, carried by the sensitivity and visual poetry that define Vincenzo Balzano's work.
